The Art of the Idea
AOTI is a hands on learning program that will teach students the creative power of how an idea becomes media. This course guides students through a step-by-step process from ideation to thoughtful content. Students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the filmmaking process. The students will create a final film that will be shared in a showcase for their family and friends.

Social Media Literacy
MAP’s Social Media Literacy course will equip high school students with the critical thinking skills necessary to analyze and evaluate content in today’s social media landscape. Students will gain a deeper understanding of the influence of social media on society and learn how to engage with it responsibly. This includes the ability to better understand the messages being communicated and the context in which they are shared, as well as the ability to create content in a thoughtful and responsible manner.
Students will create various types of social media content using the critical analysis metrics presented in this course.
Digital Content
Podcasts, YouTube and Live Streaming Production
This course introduces students to essential production skills and best practices for creating engaging content on digital platforms. Through hands-on experience, students will learn how to plan, produce, and publish podcasts, YouTube videos, and live streams, building a strong foundation for digital storytelling and audience engagement.
